Snyder Langston: About the Company

Snyder Langston was founded in 1959 in Costa Mesa, California, by Don Snyder and William E. Langston. As time progressed, both Bill and Don saw ways that other companies were doing business and incorporated many of the successful business techniques that they saw in the industry into their fledgling business.

In true entrepreneurial style, as obstacles such as entitlements, design and finance were put in their way, the company took on more responsibilities to provide clients with all the resources necessary to achieve their real estate objectives.

Today the same full service approach guides the overall corporate mission of Snyder Langston. While many of our engagements deploy a manpower scope of value added services, our culture is to see our assignments in a broad fashion so as to optimize land use, ease the entitlement and financing processes and effectively remove any obstacles in the way to create real estate products for our clients

Our company has participated in the BRIDGE program for over 3 years now.  The program has grown tremendously over the years, both with participants and team members who have taken on leadership roles to coordinate, organize, and plan wonderful charity events.  Through the BRIDGE program, our team members have united together to help in a muriad of worthwhile causes: preventing homelessness, repairing shelters, boxing canned goods at a food bank, collecting donations for clothing and food drives, running fun booths at a health fair, etc. For a division that is as large and spread out as ours, it's always great to see team members coming together, rolling up their sleeves to help out, getting to know each other better, and making a difference.
