CWS Corporate Housing: About the Company

CWS Corporate Housing began in 1995 when Tracy Hayes saw a business opportunity while working for CWS as a Community Director. Tracy approached the leaders of CWS with her idea, and it was agreed that she should begin leasing fully furnished corporate apartments as a side venture while maintaining her position as Community Director. After only six months, Tracy had grown the number of leases to a point that she was able to devote her energy full time to corporate housing. CWS Corporate Housing produced $17,000,000 in revenue in 2006 and currently has 7 regional offices that include: Houston, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Nationwide needs are met through relationships with our preferred partners. CWS was awarded The Provider of The Year Award in 2007 and The Tower of Excellence Award for the Best Community Philanthropic Program in 2008 by the Corporate Housing Providers Association.
